PAMPERED PAWS GUIDELINES
To ensure all our guests have the best possible Salish experience, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Basic Requirements. Advance reservations and signed dog waiver is required for all stays including a dog(s). Dog(s) must be trained, housebroken, and vaccinated and must always be on a leash or crated (or in a similar enclosure), except when in your guest room. Dog(s) must comply with all applicable rules, laws and regulations, including any health and safety requirements in Snoqualmie, WA. A maximum of two dogs are permitted in any guest room. There is no weight restriction. Guest is responsible for picking up after their dog. Please note we have provided waste disposal bags in a receptacle in the green space located just off your patio. No other pets are allowed on property (No cats, bird, rodents, etc.)
Fee Required. A non-refundable Fee of $75 per dog, per stay will be charged to your guest room.
Unattended Dog(s). Housekeeping or other services will not be provided if your dog(s) is/are left unattended in your room. This is for the safety of your dog(s) and our team members. Please contact the front desk to schedule a convenient time for servicing when you are present. Guest must notify the front desk and leave contact information if the dog(s) is/are left unattended in the room.
Noisy or Disturbing Pet. If your dog(s) becomes a nuisance or disturbance to other lodge guests or the lodge's staff, we will have no other choice but to (a) require you to find other accommodations for your dog(s) immediately upon notice or (b) cancel your reservation and ask you to depart the Lodge.
No Admittance. While dogs are welcome at the lodge, they are not allowed in the following locations: The Dining Room, The Attic, and The Spa. We may amend this list from time to time as necessary. This exclusion does not apply to any ADA certified service animals.
Paw Treatment. All our canine guests will receive the following in your room upon arrival and are yours to take with you when you leave: all natural bee shaped dog biscuit, Salish Lodge & Spa dog blanket and a Salish Lodge & Spa bone shaped collar tag.
Responsibility for Claims. You are responsible for all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, fines, penalties, costs and expenses ("Claims"), including property damage and personal injury, arising out of, caused by, or resulting from your dog's presence at the lodge as well as any compensation given to other hotel guests due to noise complaints resulting from unattended or barking dogs. You agree that we may charge your guest room for any such damages.
Indemnity. You will indemnify, defend and hold Salish Lodge & Spa, Columbia Hospitality, Inc., their affiliates and subsidiaries and each of their owners, members, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any and all Claims arising out of, caused by, or resulting from your dog's presence at the lodge.
